A K Club Wedding | 2019

Enya & Simon’s wedding venue was the fabulous K Club in Straffan, Co. Kildare, just a short drive down the road from Dublin. Everyone loves a Summer wedding, especially in a setting like this, and August 2019 didn’t let us down. What started off cloudy and overcast, gave way to a sun-splitting bright late afternoon which was perfect for wedding portraits in the shade of all the trees. Both Enya and Simon began the day at the K Club itself for their morning preparations, before their ceremony in the local church barely 5 minutes away in Straffan itself. Ceremony over, it was straight back to the K Club and the private reception rooms set aside for drinks - music was on hand to keep everyone entertained, and a magician kept everyone scratching their heads in disbelief. The K Club’s terraces, lawns and riverside walks along the Liffey is something every guest enjoys, especially on days like these when long Summer evenings mean they can chat and relax outside.
